Description:

Stepping Stone of Boone offers Medicated Assisted Treatment with Suboxone, Subutex, Methadone, and SUD Counseling. New clients will visit and receive prescriptions weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly.

There is a $200.00 monthly office fee no matter what insurance the patient has. No credit cards, and no checks are accepted until the patient has been enrolled in the program for 90 days.
Medicare, Medicaid, Some Private Insurance, and Sliding Scale.
Medicaid will only cover Suboxone, not Subutex.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM-11:00 AM
Saturday: 7:00 AM- 9:00 AM

Intake Process:

Call the provided number, or visit the provided website. Download and complete the new patient form from the website. Most new intake applications are done Mondays, Tuesday's and Wednesday's. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted as time permits.

Program Fees:

$200.00 Monthly office fee no matter what type of insurance the caller has.
Any co-pays that occur in their insurance policy.
Checks will not be accepted until the client has attended the program for 90 days.
