This location is an out patient facility however, if Cumberland County residents cannot get into detox/inpatient, Alliance suggest's they may come to this location for assessments and further treatment resources.

Cumberland County residents who would normally go to Roxie Avenue must now go through the emergency room at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in order to be referred for detox and inpatient.
