Description:

FAR provides SUD clinical treatment with supportive housing. We provide the following services in-person and /or via teleheatlh :
Cedar Green Recovery- Structured Transitional Housing 30 days - 6 months, allows smoking, can provide MOUD buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade) $250/per week.
-Partial Hospitalization Program PHP/SACOT
-Intensive Outpatient Program IOP/SAIOP
-Outpatient Program OP
-Clinically Supported, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program
-Supportive Housing
-Sub Acute Detox
Structured Transitional Housing 30 days - 6 months, can provide MOUD buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade)
Works with a lot of court and re-entry programs,.

We accept most types of commercial insurance (e.g BCBS, Aetna, etc). We also accept except Medicaid and TriCare

Hours:

Clinic Hours: 8 to 5 M-F
Call Center Hours: Seven days a week 8 am to 10 pm

We are located rurally and thus our fees are very compeitive. We accept most types of commercial insurance (e.g BCBS, Aetna, etc). We also accept Medicaid and TriCare

English but working on a Spanish speaking program
