American Detox & Treatment Center is a 24 bed, co-ed detox & 30 day residential facility. We're located in Chesnee, SC.

We are currently IN NETWORK with Cigna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Ambetter, & are scheduled to go IN NETWORK with Aetna September 1, 2024.
We do have self-pay & private rates. Please email brittany.cole@adtcmail.com to arrange self pay arrangements, or to get quotes.
DOES NOT accept Medicaid/Medicare.

Hours:

24/7/365 for facility. Admissions line is open 24 hours - however may have less chances of answering after 6PM everyday. Admissions email is brittany.cole@adtcmail.com for after hours help.

Intake Process:

During our intake process each patient will have a call with our admissions team to create their medical chart, verify insurance information, do a clinical pre-screen with our clinical team, work through financials, and arrange admission date & time. This process can be done in as little as a couple of hours. After acceptance each patient will recieve a "Welcome to American Detox" email stating their "do's & don'ts" as well as what they can bring, and what to expect during their arrival.

Program Fees:

We are an insurance based company. We work with most major insurance companies. We are currently IN NETWORK with Cigna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Ambetter, & are scheduled to go IN NETWORK with Aetna September 1, 2024. We are unable to bill medicaid, or medicare at our facility. Eligibility:

We are a primary SUD treatment facility. We accept most people struggling with a substance abuse disorder. We currently are unable to detox from cocaine, or any amphetamines, however these residents are able to transition straight into our 30 day program. We are unfortunately unable to detox from any methadone cases above 50 mg. - we have partners that can help with these higher mg detox situations. Every situation is worth asking for acceptance. If we are able to help, we certainly will.
