We are an At-Home provider for the treatment of Substance Use Disorder (SUD = Alcoholism and Drug Addiction) and Co-Occurring Mental Health Condition(s). As an agnostic organization, we use modern and classical therapeutic approaches.

We are known for our highly discreet, non-judgmental, individualized recovery services. From a Physician Supervised At-Home Detox with a licensed Nurse residing at a patient!€™s residence 24/7 to our Intensive Tele Counseling-Medicine services, we!€™re here for our patients on the journey to attaining sobriety and maintaining recovery. We offer a full continuum of care that can be 3 to 6x longer than typical treatment!€”all from home.

We are here to treat you or your loved one suffering from addiction in the comfort and reality of the patient!€™s home. We are strong advocates of the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Model, which has inspired us to create an at-home approach to treating addiction. As patients enter sobriety, in addition to Intensive Counseling, our Case Managers assist with scheduling typically long overdue visits to their providers, from PCPs to Dentists.
