At Ascend Recovery Center in North Carolina, we are committed to helping individuals and families affected by addiction reclaim their lives. We offer PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient) services, medication management, private counseling, neuroscience feedback, case management, and more. Our approach focuses on treating the whole person not just the addiction. Using evidence-based care and a supportive environment, we empower you to overcome substance use and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Intake Process:

Clients typically come from detox/residential/medical clearance, and complete a pre-assessment over the phone. Our admissions team explains the program, verifies insurance, and answers any questions. Once a client arrives, a member of the operations staff greets them and completes about a one-hour intake. They sign consents, complete an admission drug screening, and get a full overview of what our program is. We give clients a tour of the building and they join their first group.

Eligibility:

Clients have to have completed detox, residential, and possibly medical clearance. Clients cannot take benzos, amphetamines, or more than 8mg of maintenance medications per day. Clients also have to be self-sufficient in caring for themselves.
